Lift is a model performance comparison measure. The middle panel shows all the lift related results for the chosen model on the right panel.
Top Predictions: This slider shows how users can filter and select customers with the top prediction. For churn this means users will be reaching to only 50% of the whole customers with the highest churn probability/likelihood.
Captured Responses: This shows the proportion of correctly identified target cases out of all. In context for instance, by reaching to only 50% customers users can identify and reach 86% of all the churn customers. This means users have the privilege of targeting the correct customers as reaching out to a small fraction of the whole customer pool would generate such a great capture response.
